This dish is delicious – really well-balanced and fantastic quality ingredients. Lots of beautiful fresh fish (cubes of salmon and cod, no scrappy bits) that weren’t overpowered by the sauce. It is reasonably spicy (heat-wise), but so many layers of flavours that it was balanced heat. There’s a lot of veg in the meal kit too – 2 large aubergines + 2 packets of sugar snap peas – Yes Chef certainly don’t scrimp on the ingredients.
The jasmine rice cooking method was brilliant – never cooked rice in the oven before and it was so easy with perfect results

This was a great dish but too hot for us ha ha, next time we will use half the spices. Great portions of fish and veggies 🙂
