Yes, you are not tied in to any contract. If you cancel after your subscription has renewed you will receive one final box.
We have over 50 recipes to choose from every week and are constantly developing new meals.

You can change your meals at any time up until the day before your subscription renews. Your subscription will renew every week on the same day it was purchased.

No, the payments are only taken on the renewal date of your subscription.

We are currently working closely with biodegradable packaging suppliers to eradicate out use of single-use plastics, our Lazy Day range is now fully recyclable.

Our protein is vacuum packaged. This means your meat and fish is vacuum sealed for freshness purposes. During this process, some oxygen is removed from the packaging to preserve the quality. This can cause a sulphur or ‘eggy’ smell when opened. All you need to do is open up the package and allow it to sit for a couple of minutes before cooking and the smell will disperse.

Recipe cards with easy-to-follow instructions for how to cook each of your meals. All ingredients for your chosen meals (except a few staple household items; oil, water, salt, eggs) including chilled produce, fresh vegetables and herbs, spices, condiments.

Meat, fish, dairy, herbs, vegetables and ‘wet’ ingredients all in the fridge. Please be sure to take the items out of the insulated bag.

Root vegetables (potatoes and onions etc) and pots of spices can be stored in a cool dry place.

Your delivery date will be selected by yourself upon checking out, we offer Wednesday and Friday deliveries.

We use DPD to courier our deliveries so delivery of your box can be anytime between 7:30am and 9:30pm. If your box has not arrived between these times, please email us at info@yeschefboxes.com

If you have received a box but it is incomplete, please be patient as some of our deliveries go out in 2 boxes, if the second box does not arrive between the above time, please email us.

Your subscription will renew exactly one week after the first purchase was made – if you wish to cancel or make any changes to the meals it must be done before then. If your delivery is not due until after the subscription has renewed and you are not happy with this, please contact customer services.

DPD will deliver to you on the day you choose at checkout – Either Wednesday or Friday, between 7am and 9pm.
