A tasty, hearty meal, perfect to put on in the morning and look forward to all day. Instructions could have been better – not sure how you dice a pepper into thin strips! It seems a bit of a faff since you basically cook everything in a pan first before putting it in the slow cooker, but since I always brown my meat and onions first anyway, it was no big deal, and frankly if you can’t be bothered, you could just sling the whole lot in the slow cooker raw. It’s not quite as good, as it never is if you don’t brown the meat first, but it’s still very tasty. Could have done with the tomato puree in a pot rather than a bag too.

This is delicious. Generous portions, once again, good quality ingredients. You will not be disappointed.
