Soy Seared Tofu, Buckwheat Noodles and Coconut Laksa

Laksa is a spicy noodle soup popular in South East Asia. This coconut broth with sweet roasted butternut squash, peppers, spring onion and sweet thai paste is normally served with chicken or fish, but this one has seared tofu making it a lovely vegetarian dish.


Ingredients: Butternut Squash, Pepper, Tofu, Soy Sauce, Ginger, Garlic, Coconut Milk, Thai Red Curry Pasta, Lime, Chilli Flakes, Spring Onions, Soba Noodles, Sesame Seeds, Coriander, Sesame Oil, Desiccated Coconut, Red Chilli

Not included: Vegetable Oil

Allergens: Cereals containing Gluten, Soya, Milk, Sulphites, Celery
