Vegan katsu curry is an egg-free version of the Japanese dish Yasai katsu curry. Panko fried Tofu with a Katsu curry sauce and Coconut Rice

Ingredients: Tofu, Panko Breadcrumbs, Jasmine Rice, Coconut Milk, Coriander, Root Ginger, Japanese Curry Paste, Dry Roasted Peanuts, Coconut Yoghurt

Allergens: Soya, Peanuts, Cereals containing Gluten, Sulphites, Mustard, may contain Celery.

Please note, these boxes are packed in facilities that handle celery, gluten, crustaceans, eggs, fish, lupin, milk, molluscs, mustard, tree nuts, peanuts, sesame, soya bean and sulphites and therefore many contain low levels of these allergens.
