Yellow curry paste (nam prik gaeng karee) has a mild, somewhat sweet taste with a little bit of spice. This light and healthy meal is bound to be a big hit with the whole family.

Ingredients: Tiger prawns, Coconut Milk, Jasmine Rice, Green Beans, Shallot, Thai Yellow Paste, Brown Sugar, Fish Sauce, Coriander, Root Ginger, Lime, Garlic, Butternut Squash.
