So easy to make and such tasty results. The balance of spice and sweetness is perfect. YesChef are very generous with ingredients – plenty of lamb in this dish and *too* many herbs, in fact. There were 2 packets of everything herb-wise, so I used one of each for the couscous and popped the rest in the freezer to use on other dishes in the future.

Second time making this dish. Herb quantities have now been reduced to 1 pack of each. Still a tasty dish and very easy to make.

Delicious dish. My first time trying cous cous and it was amazing! Lamb and apricot I couldn’t imagine together but was great. I would definitely say 10/10 for this dish.
