This vegan take on the classic bourguignon recipes takes the flavours of the rich, wine-oozing hot pot and turns it into something suitable for vegetarians.


Ingredients: Beetroot, Dried Thyme, Bay Leaves, Chantenay Carrots, Garlic, Red Onion, Vegetable Stock, Red Wine, Tomato Puree, Puy Lentils, Potato Starch, Button Mushrooms, Baby Onions

Not included: Olive Oil
